Renee Kharsas is an experienced psychologist and family therapist providing therapy to individuals and families. Renee uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in her therapy sessions including couples and family therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and emotion-focused therapy, to name a few.
She has a special interest in relationships, life transitions, grief and parenting. To Renee psychological symptoms are always a part of a broader dynamic, including relationships with partners, family, friends and schools.
Renee has an active interest in research and is completing her PhD in Psychiatry at Monash Uni.

Holly is a caring and thoughtful psychologist who has an engaging interpersonal style. She uses a client-centered, collaborative approach to help each person develop insight and find solutions based on their values and strengths.
Holly has completed Masters level training in Clinical Psychology and works with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
Holly also completed her PhD in perinatal mental health - she has a special interest in assisting expectant and new parents with their emotional wellbeing.
Holly uses a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Holly is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Clinical Psychologist, and is a registered Medicare Provider.

Holly is a creative who places achieving optimal health through whole foods amongst her top priorities. Holly has developed a strong understanding and appreciation for preparing wholesome food in its most natural state bringing it from the garden to table as simply as possible.
Lunch + Learn events bring together her passions : organising events bringing like-minded individuals together and catering for intimate groups whilst building a sense of strong community.

Ted & Mems truly is breakfast magic and Sarah has managed to create not only a delicious breakfast experience, but also a nutritionally balanced and wholesome product.
